Emile Henry unveils the Modern Classics collection, an American inspiration and the first significant launch of an Emile Henry collection since the original pie and lasagna dishes debuted in the early '90s. Modern Classics is a range of cookware and bakeware that was carefully designed and stands the test of time. The shapes, capacities, and dimensions were developed with an eye toward American foods, style, and recipes, while preserving the intangible design elements and the performance properties of Emile Henry.
All Emile Henry products offer a ten-year warranty and are made in France since 1850. They are made of all-natural materials, including high-fired Burgundy clay using Emile Henry HR ceramic (high resistance), which offers superior even-heat diffusion and heat retention properties, keeping food hot on the table for longer.
The products are resistant to temperature changes, suitable for use in the oven up to 520°F, and can go directly from the freezer or refrigerator to a hot oven and then to the table. The extremely hard glaze is durable, scratch-resistant, and ideal for making delicious meals and desserts in the kitchen. The products are also easy to clean, as they are dishwasher-safe or can be hand-washed with soap and water.
