Instead of spending money at the local pizza joint, more and more people would like to make fresh pizzas at home. You'll save money, calories and have lots of fun! Unicook's large pizza stone is ideal for baking a big pizza or several bread/cookies at one time. An excellent option for usage at home, family gatherings, and parties.
Unicook pizza stone can be used in the oven and grill. It is important to preheat the stone to bake crispy pizzas. Place the stone in the oven or grill and preheat it at 500°F (260°C) for about 30 minutes. Dust the bottom of pizza dough with flour to create a non-stick surface, then transfer the pizza to be baked onto the stone with a pizza peel. Close the oven and cook the pizza for 10 to 12 minutes, checking halfway to ensure the pizza is not overheated. Once the crust is brown, remove the pizza from the stone and enjoy at once.
Unicook pizza stone is made of natural cordierite, molded under 400 Tons of pressure, and PASSED the Chemical Test from the third-party lab SGS, making it safe to bake delicious food. The unique porous structure and multiple micro-pores absorb excess moisture from pizza dough, helping to distribute heat evenly and create crisp crusts. The stone will not smell when it comes out of the box or under normal use.
